We are both extremely keen to now take our business to the next level and ready to take the risks needed in order to achieve our dream future.

We plan to strip out the significantly high costs associated with outsourcing our butchering by building our very own butchery on site at the farm.

This should also give us the flexibility to sell our produce on a more regular basis.
